• The email address and phone number provided at registration must remain active, as important communications will be sent through these channels.

MyWinVibe is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is completely prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or any large transactions. The following documents may be needed:

• A recent utility bill or bank statement (as proof of address)

Deposit Rules

Withdrawal Rules

Welcome Bonus

• The Welcome Bonus is available once only and applies to new accounts exclusively.

General Bonus Rules

• Winnings from bonus bets must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated on the promotions page.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a cashout option is available for that specific game.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, MyWinVibe reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes are generally refunded.
• Odds may change before your decision is confirmed in live betting — any bet is not final until accepted at the displayed odds.
• If a bet is left incomplete due to a system error or disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on MyWinVibe. Engaging in them may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using fraudulent methods to claim bonuses or abusing the bonus system.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to bypass the verification process using a false identity or forged documents.

MyWinVibe reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This action is typically taken in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions, particularly involvement in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected money laundering.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, a decision on its return will be made once the investigation is complete.

MyWinVibe makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted service. However, there are limits to our liability in certain situations.

• MyWinVibe is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues.
• MyWinVibe is not responsible for transaction delays caused by outages on third-party payment providers' systems.
• If your account security is compromised due to your own negligence, you bear full responsibility.
• MyWinVibe is not liable for any losses incurred through betting — betting carries risk and winning is never guaranteed.
